Towards a Data Assimilative Physical-Biogeochemical Ocean Model:
This poster was presented at the Summer Workshop on High Performance Computing in the Mathematical Sciences which took place at Acadia University July 9-14, 2007. The workshop gave an introduction to parallel computing and presented various applications in science. The poster shows an outline of our approach to the assimilation of biological data from the Bermuda region and how high performance computing can be applied to it.
