Textbook sections (posted Apr 23). For reference, here is a
list of what we covered in the course: Handout 1; Chapters 4.1-9,
4.11; 5.1-5; 6.1-5; 7.1-9; 8.1-7; 9.1-6; 13.1, 13.4-7; and Theorem
13.13 (alternate form). Everything in Chapter 13 was done for
ℂⁿ and matrices, not general complex
inner product spaces.
Homework pick-up (updated Apr 18). Homework 7 has been marked, and is now available for pick-up in a box outside my office (303 Chase). Also, all older homeworks (1-6) are available for pick-up in the same place, if you have not received them already. Exam period office hours. I will offer an office hour on Monday, April 15, at 10:30, in my office, Chase 303. Additional office hours can be scheduled by appointment; please email me. Final Exam. According to the registrar's office, our final exam will be on Wednesday, April 24, at 8:30am at the Dalplex. Welcome to the course (posted Jan 7).
