The following is a list of typos in the supplement to the paper

Note: these typos are in the paper's supplement, which appears on the
ArXiv. The version on my website has already been corrected.

 * Supplement, page 2, proof of Lemma 1.1: 

          Delete the first sentence starting with "For (6), we have"
                                
 * Supplement, page 4, proof of Lemma 1.3, line 1:

          "Property (19) is (C10)" ----> "Property (19) is (C12)"

 * Supplement, page 5, proof of (21), 5th and 7th step:

          Step labelled "(11)" ----> "(19)"
