Skilift: parallelized product formula circuits for Hamiltonian simulation

In our paper "Some improvements to product formula circuits for Hamiltonian simulation", Andre Kornell and I described an algorithm for arranging the circuit for Trotter-based Hamiltonian simulation to make it highly parallel. This Quipper code implements the method of the paper.

To compile: make. To run: skilift --help.
