The filenames on this page use the following scheme. The name of an edge template starts with the row number of the main connected stone (e.g., 5 for a 5th row template). The name of an interior template starts with I. After this, other stones in the template are listed according to the following scheme, relative to the main stone. All stones at distance 5 or greater are denoted "z". Groups of stones that are not connected up are separated by a hyphen. White stones are prefaced by "w". Ladder creation templates contain the letter "L" followed by the row or rows of the ladders; for example, "L2" for a 2nd row ladder creation template. If there is more than one template with the same name, a number is added, such as "-1", "-2" etc. Some interior templates have proper names.
